Momentum retirement annuity

I’ve been tryin to get ahold of momentum regarding my late father’s retirement annuity and i can’t get through.i want to find out when r there paying us,cause there promised to pay within 10 to 14 day after we finished the claim,which we did.and now it’s been weeks and I’ve been I’ve been sending emails no response calls nothing
