Momentum Retirement Administrators
Momentum is the worst pension fund administrator. I put in my resignation at transnet, HR sent my documents on the 06/11/2024 only to find out there are new documents and no one at transnet knows about these new forms. I completed the forms again and resent for the third time but no one is capturing and my calls are now not being answered. Looking at the comments here on hellopeter this is a normal an occurrence and nothing is being done. Momentum is horrible.

15 Nov 2024, 13:33I am shocked by the reviews here about the administration and payout of pension funds. This needs to be escalated to the Transnet lead for TRF. How many pension are still not paid.

03 Dec 2024, 12:51I’ve been trying to get through now since this morning. I’m on hour number 4 trying to get through so they can give an update on my retirement fund. I starting to wonder if momentum knows what they are doing. I would advise transnet to move to a different retirement administrator. People are not happy with how momentum is handling their funds.
Nothing has happened since I last posted here on the 15th. I’m still waiting for payout but nothing, I’m being given the run around.
