Momentum Refuses to Provide Tax Certificate

I've been trying for TWO MONTHS to get a tax certificate that I urgently need before the 6th of Feb. Despite calling and emailing, Momentum refuses to provide me with the tax certificate without providing any reason.

Do not waste your money with this company.

Dear Mr. Horn,

There are many divisions within Momentum. I cannot trace a profile for your under Momentum Retail (the division I have access to). Please can advise which business unit within Momentum your query belongs (i.e. Momentum Health, Momentum Short-term or Employee benefits)?
