Momentum refuses to pay due provident funds

i sent a letter requesting payment of a due and payable provident fund of my client, which was due since last year but Momentum did not even acknowledge or respond to our letter. after several calls and attempts to call their claims department the ignore and refuse to pay as requested in our letter without advising of any challenges which may be preventing them from paying. It was the last option to review this before we institute a legal action.
