Momentum RA Death Benefit - what a joke

If you have an RA with Momentum - move it immediately as your beneficiaries will never see the money you bequeathed to them. My children's father died in Dec 2021 and it has been an absolute nightmare to get anything out of Momentum Death claims. January 2024 and still no payment. There is rarely any communication unless I email them. After we have submitted a ridiculous amount of documents, they still keep wanting more and more. Every time we think the ridiculous "processes" are over and we can get the money owed to my girls, they find new ridiculous paperwork that is suddenly "outstanding". Then they disappear until I email and threaten again. Just to send more new "requirements". So despite my daughters being the beneficiaries, it is nearly impossible to get money that is rightfully theirs.... 3 years later. And don't think you get compensated for loss of interest for money that could have been invested 2 years ago. Momentum has NO momentum, only excuses
