Momentum putting out single mother and children for their own gain!

I have been trying to get decent feedback from momentum about the disinvestment of monies due to me from my divorce. It took momentum 2MONTHS (even though the court order stated they had 45 days max) just to send me a single piece of paper to ask whether I want to reinvest the money or dis-invest. I immediately sent all documents required and heard nothing for a week. I asked if documents were received and only got a response a week later, where they stated it's pending disinvestment. Now almost a month later I follow up and they tell me they have only JUST sent my ex the papers to sign for disinvestment. It has taken OVER 3 MONTHS so far. I am a single mother on a limited salary and this money is meant to go towards paying a deposit for an apartment for me and my children as I can't afford to pay the rent I am currently paying!!! Momentum is purposely dragging this out as long as possible to make as much interest as they can on this money before it disinvests! My court approved divorce order says momentum has 60 days from when I submitted all my paperwork to pay out (NOT WORKING DAYS, JUST 60 DAYS) now momentum is saying its 60 working days!!! I submitted everything on the 2nd of JUNE, that means momentum should have until the 1st of August at the latest to pay me out! It's disgusting how momentum has no shame in putting out a single mother and her children for their own personal gains!!!!

I NEED SOMEONE WITH AN ACTUAL NAME TO CONTACT ME AND TELL ME WHAT IS GOING ON PLEASE!!!!
