Momentum Provident Fund Worst Ever

Hi momentum is the worst.i tried claiming my Provident Fund from my previous company early this year and the told me due to the 2pot system I cannot get anything i need to transfer my funds to another company or keep them there.after months I found a job and and ready to transfer they telling me that they pay out a small portion and transfer the rest after 26 business days I mean why because I should have gotten money long ago
