Momentum Provident fund sucks

Momentum Provident Fund is nothing but a ****. I resigned from my previous employer In December 2018 and was told that I must apply in January, when I contacted my former employer, Telesure, I told them I want the process to be expedited and I will claim by myself. Momentum consultants and the contract says the money will be paid in 26 days. When I call to follow up each time I'm told the consultant working on the matter is always busy but they told me that I will receive payment on the 8th of March this was when I called to follow up on the 27th of February and I spoke to a consultant named Zabalindi who assured me I will get on the 8th it March. Today is the 7th, I called them this to confirm if payment has been made and a gentleman named Eric told me I will receive payment in 7-10 working days. So I find this ostensibly arrogant, unprofessional and ********* business conduct orchestrating voiceless people's savings. I disregard and highly discourage anyone who pays their monthly contributions to Momentum for anything in that regard. This company is always in the news and they are equally catastrophic and toxic.
