I have a momentum umbrella provident fund, which I decided to pay out. I sent the correct documentation through the 25/04/22 to cash out my provident fund. I received an email that states it takes up to 26 working days to cash out the fund. Monday 30/05/22 was 26 days. I contacted momentum 3/06/22 to find out what's happening. The consultant didn't know what's going on, firstly said the document wasn't correct which I said I sent through the correct documentation and rep**** that he sees it correct. And my call is cut. I phoned back got a different consultant and says the documents have been sent through to a agent and it will take another 20 days to pay out. The will contact me with in 48 hours. Its now 96 hours. Why must I wait nearly 60 days for my money do to momentums incompetence. Its utter bad device from momentum. Never came back to a person
