MOMENTUM PROVIDENT FUND issues & Complaint

Complaint: I worked for a multi national employer who used a Momentum Policy and Broker for our provident I completed forms 31 days ago and still haven't been returned MY FUNDS and now am expected to redo forms on a SWIFT EXIT (how am I a customer expected to even know what that is and although they've smsd me there's still no emailed withdraw correspondence...more delay tactics ...I have black and white proof and they issued a o.ooR benificiary statement and then admitted in writing to the botch and then only sent a repaired accurate one. I've been calling and emailing for days asking for help and Ombudsman's details to zero no avail and this is so sad a's I've been with them before and happy looks like all their competent people have either left or are demoralised. I am so unhappy surely Fais and Fica is supposed to protect us against this type of nonsense
