Momentum provident fund
Honestly I wouldn't recommend somebody to this company . It's has Been a year since we waited for the trustees to decide on the resolution for the provident fund only to find that they will be giving it all to the spouse and 2 percent the children . I honestly wonder how the reached they decision and what bases because according to section 37c of the provident fund ,the kids are entitled to getting something than giving the entire fund to the spouse of which who came into our lives a year before my mom past on . Is this the kind of decisions they make ? I thought you guys think in the best interest of the kids ,clearly not, if the trustees don't know what conditions we living under. Worse enough we where Denied a meeting with the trustees as we wanted answers .we are take legal action concerning matter .

The reason as to why the Trustees made the decision to allocate the proceeds as they have, is predominantly due to the fact that apart from an affidavit there was no proof that you were financially dependant on your late mother.
The Trustees required formal evidence of this fact by ways of a deposit or receipts and this was not forthcoming.
