Momentum profident fund withdrawl

I have had the most terrible experience with Momentum who is handling my ex- employees provident fund...

I have exited the fund February and was diligently waiting for my payout. After 5 weeks I called momentum to find out if everything is on track.. only to hear that they are awaiting information from me... Apparently everything is on hold because they are waiting for a divorce decree... Mind you.. not a soul has contacted me to ask for this … I immediately sent the information - not understanding why its required since I have been divorced for 10 years already. I follow up with a mail to confirm the information was received because I get no feedback.. I receive a mail from the one department to 2 other departments requesting them to feedback to the customer - Nothing... Then I call and get a reference number to use and they try to put me through to whoever is working on my claim - this is unsuccessful... Apparently a note will be made to tell legal that there is no issues with the divorce... and no pending payout to a spouse. In my 24 years of working I have never experienced anything like this. After my divorce I have exited from 2 companies without any problems

I am disgusted that I have to initiate things with this company.. and that no one has the gull to actually contact the customer if there is information required from the client..
