Momentum Preservation Provident Fund

Terrible service even when it comes to withdrawing your own money, I app**** for a withdrawal from Momentum Preservation Provident Fund on the same day that I app**** for a withdrawal from my savings component with Liberty, it's been a week and Liberty has completed the process, however, momentum hasn't even rep**** to my email with the documents, this isn't even the first time i am going through this with them so i dont know why i expected something different. Very bad service I must say.
