Momentum Poor and Slow Service

I have been trying to withdraw my fundsatwork money for more than a month now. They take more than two weeks to respond to a single email and when they eventually do respond, it is to ask you pointless questions like "please state your reason for withdrawal". First of all this is my money and I need it to register for school before time runs out. I reached out on twitter and all I keep getting are automated responses. Their service is the worst ever. I'm actually really frustrated because I have been patient.
