Momentum, please get a financial advisor to contact me!

I have had terrible service from Momentum. The people who respond to my emails and at the Call Centre promise that a financial advisor will get hold of me, but no advisor has phoned or emailed me. I did not receive advice as I neared retirement and my policy matured. I have been trying to re-invest my money without assistance from Momentum.
