Momentum plays with peoples lives

I was dismissed from my company in Oct 2024, and I submitted my forms on the 23rd Oct, and since then I have been waiting for my Funds at work to pay out. I was promised that the funds will be paid in my account by the 24th December, but it wasn't. I called again on the 2nd of Jan and was told that my claim hasn't even been processed. I then called again on the 4th of January and was told that it came back from SARS and is now at QC. I called again yesterday and they said it WILL be in by Friday the 10th. I called just now again and was told I was **** to, and its only in Disinvestment now and has not gone to SARS. Every person you talk to says something different. You can never get hold of the person that is dealing with your case, and each administrator gives another story. They ALL say they sent an email of acceleration which I believe is total BS. I could not give my children a good Christmas, we have no food in the house, and everyday I pray that the money reflects and it doesn't. School is starting next week and I cant buy my childrens school books. I only have enough food left for 2 days. Momentum is playing with peoples lives. I have the names of all the administrators and the list of lies they told me. Something needs to be done. I am the 7th person today on Hellopeter with the exact problem.
