Momentum pension fund stuff up

The company I worked at, used Momentum for the pension scheme. When I resigned, I asked for the R25 000 tax free withdrawal (needed for a house deposit) and the rest to go into a preservation fund. The first problem started when I got some random R 19 000 odd number deposited into my account. Upom querying this, it was forwarded to "please help this client" then I hear stuff all back for a year! Now it comes to tax season, my return is going to be stuffed and Momentum send me an sms with a reference number asking me to phone them to finalize the withdrawal. You phone me!! Maybe you Can get that right?!
