Momentum Pension fund doesn't pay beneficiary.

Does Momentum pocket the interest from a trust fund? A father passed away in April 2023 and a Mr. Edward Mbatha sent her an email in October 2023 to make a choice of payment to the beneficiary of the trust fund within 30 days. She sent her choice the next day as she prefers a company which have offices in her hometown so she can talk face to face with them. Later a lady name Andile Ntuli took her case over from Mr. Mbatha. All the phone calls’ time and dates are available as well as all the emails sent back and forth. Andile Ntuli’s last correspondence on 25 April 2024, stated that she has requested feedback from the Admin Manager, Mr. Robin Johnson. Now three weeks later, no feedback was received, and it is already more than six months after the first email received from Edward Mbatha and more than a year after her father passed away. She still doesn’t know which company is handling the trust fund, doesn’t have a trust fund number, let alone have access to the money to enable her to buy and pay necessities. This girl is still in school and is still growing. She needs new school attire, and her school fees needs to be paid, she is an excellent sport person and need to buy attire as she will be representing her best sport’s region at the SA’s. Her father also wished for her to be a medical aid member, but she doesn’t have access to a trust fund to become a member. How can a big company like Momentum not help their clients and fulfill the wish of a father for his daughter?
