Momentum pension fund

It has been 3 months of struggle with my momentum pension funds to get the withdrawal, they state they are waiting for my previous employer to pay the last contribution and to confirm the date of exit, however something so simple CANNOT take this long, I have sent a follow up email on several occasions, the last being 3 days ago, to this day they haven't rep**** on the last one.

I would really like assistance with this please
