Momentum Pension fund

I put in a request to withdraw my pension in the first week of October 2020. It's the first of December 2020 and I haven't received my funds ?.. I called twice to find out and I'm told it's still in process. The guarantee is your withdrawal will be available after 26 working days I think I've passed that period can I please get assistance as to why my withdrawal is delayed or an explanation as to when I can expect it ?
