Momentum Pension - False Promise of Payment Ruined My Finances and Trust

Dear Momentum and HelloPeter Community,On Friday, October 3, 2025, I received an official email from Momentum stating that my pension benefits would be deposited into my account today, Monday, October 6, 2025. The email was clear and direct, giving me every reason to believe this was happening—no caveats, no delays mentioned.Based on that assurance, I went ahead and financed a much-needed car, committing to repayments starting immediately. I even informed the dealership that the funds were incoming today, putting my credit and financial stability on the line. Now, it's late afternoon, and there's no sign of the money. No updates, no explanation—just silence. This isn't just a mix-up; it's a lie that has shattered my trust and thrown my life into chaos. I've been counting on these benefits to get back on my feet after my resignation in June 2025, "a tough period of unemployment". Instead, Momentum has raised my hopes only to dash them, forcing me into debt I can't yet service and leaving me anxious about late fees, credit damage, and how I'll even afford basics this month. How can a company entrusted with people's pensions treat them this way? It's not just unprofessional—it's cruel and has real, devastating consequences.I demand:Immediate confirmation and payment of my benefits today, with any delays fully explained. Compensation for the financial fallout, including car finance interest and stress caused. An apology for the misleading communication. Fix this now, or I'll escalate to the Ombudsman and share every detail publicly.

You've said the same thing last week. Why do you lie unprovoked ? Don't you have any shame?
