Please be informed that the nomination forms that employees complete for nomination of beneficiaries upon your passing are invalid. The employer and the Momentum Board of Trustees have the final say on how you benefits should be distributed upon your passing. The saddest part is that you (the employee) will not be around to protect your nominared beneficiaries. The worst of all is that upon doing follow up you are blatantly ignored by those who've been communicating with you all along. Everyone just goes silent, without reason.
