Momentum Paid my lump sum erroneously to SARS & didnt even inform me

I cashed in R55k investment at age 55yrs. My accountant forgot to do my tax return for 2*** and admits didn't her fault. So, SARS are not allowing R300k worth of expenses - we are on appeal and there are delays - they will allow this, but it takes time. Momentum asked for my account details, then paid it to SARS - why didn't they notify me that this was going to happen so I could wait to cash it out until this was sorted. Now i have lost my child's University fees - VERY VERY bad Momentum!! Why not just call me! I had to call Momentum and was told it HAD been paid to my Capitec. They have no idea what they are doing!!
