Momentum not paying again.

My father was diagnosed with stage 4 liver cancer and gall bladder cancer on 26th of March. He is currently undergoing strong chemotherapy and his health is deteriorating day by day and the doctors gave him 4 to 6 months. According to Momentum Myriad when someone is declared terminally ill they will pay out there life policy before hand and has done so several times but it is going on for over month with supporting doctors letters and today another requirement. Are they looking for a reason not to pay out his money. He has been with momentum over 30 years from life policy to medical aid but that is the way theay treat tbere customer that has not missed a premium for over 30 years.
