Momentum not being legally compliant with tax certificate

I have been requesting simple IT3a certificate for tax year end 2019 from Momentum over the past 3 weeks, ever since tax season opened. I am repeatedly receiving either my RA Contribution Certificate or the 2018 tax year end IT3a certificate. I even made the request via my FA, but every time I received the incorrect certificate. Thus far, I have not received an IT3a tax certificate for this current tax year. I have made about 5 requests via email and everytime I get the I correct documentation. This gives me the impression that Momentum is deliberately withholding my tax certificate for no obvious reason. This sounds suspicious and begs one to either examine the motive of Momentum, or their professional conduct, seeing that the IT3a certificate does not even appear on my tax returns.
