Momentum nightmare

I wrote a review here about momentum them not paying out my pension. They contacted me saying they will payout within 48hours, still nothing. Contact their client service consultants they know nothing, just saying still in progress. It has been more than 30 working days. I guess it's part of our country in competence and lack of professionalism. I do not know what do but I'm thinking of going to there officese cuz that is how we solve problems in this country
