Momentum Multiply Waste Of Money

I have been with Momentum medical aid for some time now and I'm relatively happy. My main grievance is with Momentum Multiply Money, upon activation of my medical aid cover I app**** for the multiply money card, to date i am still not able to use the card or access "savings" as it has not been linked to my profile, this due to the fact that the delivery service did not bother to obtain the neccessary FICA requirements for activation. Regardless, they have been sent as required and was one of the numerous emails that have been sent, with automated less than helpful replies, and this has been an ongoing battle for more than 3 months now. I would appreciate the opportunity to use a service that I am paying for or reap the so-called "rewards". I don't see the point in paying for something anymore that i can't benefit from
