Momentum Multiply Upgrade Process

On the 11th April 2017 I app**** for an upgrade to the Momentum Multiply Premier package - I was told the process would take 24 - 48 hours.

10 days later I'm still waiting. Calling the call center I was advised that they are still waiting for a copy of my daughters birth certificate.

Obviously there is no way I would ever let a copy of such an important document, and that of a minor, get into the hands of unknown individuals.

Now I want to know - for what reason would a copy of a birth certificate be required (especially considering that I am already a Momentum Health client and my daughter is one of my beneficiaries)?

Further I will still not supply this document as I do not believe it should be required in any way to form part of a membership to a REWARDS program??

Momentum, I've waited long enough to get this sorted out. I am an unhappy client, after previously being a happy one.

I expect someone to get this resolved today along with contact with me in this regard, otherwise my negative review here will stay and I will simply just take my business elsewhere to another big useless corporation that only cares about money and not about their clients... which has become a typical part of the lives we lead.
