Momentum Multiply Travel Desk

I have been a member on Multiply for so many years i can't even say. I've also had my Private Club status for years.

I requested flight quotes from the Travel Desk. To my surprise i save R1600 if i book directly through Emirates???? Why do i have the benefit if i can't use it? When i enquired about my findings i was told that the 40% discount is only applicable on the more expensive flights?

So i requested new quotes from the more expensive options provided by Emirates, still Emirates are cheaper?

So Momentum Multiply, please explain to me why i have most of my products with a company that can't live up to their "perks"? Private club is not worth it if you can't use it. What a waste of time and money.

Thanks, I will be moving my products to a company that actually have a rewards system that works.
