Momentum Multiply so Useless

Momentum Multiply is useless, they canceled my membership without my consent. To my surprise going to the Gym I could not gain access due to my membership being canceled. I tried calling and sending emails and spoke to few Momentum staff who said they fix the problem. I was told it was system problem. I feel very humiliated undermineded by Momentum Multiply. I tried so my times to call and send emails and even send whatsapp, but until present I still didn't get a response or feedback to why my membership was canceled. I can't access my Virgin Active gym.
