Momentum Multiply Shop is pathetic
Order: ***. Absolutely useless service, items are note being delivered within the time-frames as promised, their support is highly unprofessional. Our holiday will now incur extra costs due their incompetence. No use in having a rewards program if you can't actually get the rewards.

I am so sorry for the late response - the Hellopeter notification was not sent though to Momentum, and we were thus unaware that the query had not been attended to. Our Multiply team advised that they have been in contact with you, and are liaising with the supplier to get your item delivered as soon as possible.
