Momentum multiply services are poor!!!

Those apps where a disaster, where it works few days and goes offline. Momentum required us to provide with our online banking details and that app forever is blank and does not work. What happens to the confidentiality of my details since this app does not function properly and I deleted it?

Momentum multiply developed a new thing called cash backs, which is utmost nonsense, to collect people’s monies and gaining higher interest rates and give us interest rates which are below the norm, last conversation with an employee mentioned it was between 4 – 4.5% interest rate.

Another issue that in order for you to spend your own money which momentum has from cashback transactions which is kept in the savings/multiply wallet is a problem .

1. I called in to multiply for assistance and I wait 12 minutes without any pickup 2. I went onto the online chat and the person provided me with a number for multiply money, I called the number and the person again is confused and wanted to transfer me to multiply when its regarding my multiply wallet.

3. Another issue that in order for you to spend your own money which momentum has from cashback transactions which is kept in the savings/multiply wallet is a problem . It’s not easy to get access to your own personal money, they force you to get a multiply VISA card in order to spend your own money. Why would I need a VISA card from momentum when I have a bank card? Please fix up your system issues and let people spend their money either on the online shop or allow them to transfer the money into their personal bank account.
