Momentum Multiply ****s you out of your rewards

Momentum Multiply yet again are ****ming me out of benefits. I have a Momentum Health Medical Aid until 31/12/2024. I am also an active Momentum Multiply member making use of multiple benefits. I have requested to cancel my membership by 31/12/2024 as well as my medical aid. Seems easy right? Momentum Multiply goes and cancels my membership by early December so I have no access to benefits before termination date on 31/12/2024. Obvious incompetence and that’s why I’m moving to Discovery.
