MOMENTUM MULTIPLY - RECOMMEND CLIENTS TO INCREASE THEIR CHOLESTEROL, AND THEN PENALIZE THEM FOR DOING JUST THAT

Last year, February 2018, I logged a compliant on Hellopeter, regarding this exact same problem. I cannot actually believe that here I am AGAIN complaining about the same issue.

My husband, Marco, went for his health assessment at Dischem on 18 February 2019. He was scored Green, but in the assessment results provided by Multiply, he was advised that his Cholesterol is on the low side and he must work towards increasing it. He was scored Green anyway, so all good.

Marco decided he would like to increase his life insurance policy with Momentum. The nurse went to his office yesterday (14 March 2019) to do the assessment. The nurse said on the day that everything looks normal. Today, Marco is informed that his status has been downgraded to Amber because his Cholesterol is too high.

STOP advising your clients to increase their cholesterol levels, and them penalizing them for doing what YOU asked. This is beyond ridiculous now!

Marco called Multiply to query the change in status, only to be told he must get another test done and if he gets a better reading they will put him back on Green. So Marco, must go out of his way, to prove that cholesterol tests are variable and tomorrow is score may be better?? At his cost, and time.

Multiply looks for any possible reason they can to not give you discounts. Over something so ridiculous. Marco is fit, healthy and follows a healthy eating plan. He runs every day! What more do you want?!! Looks like he will be moving his life policy to a provider who treats their customers fairly.

Come on Multiply, lets not be petty, sort this out!
