Momentum Multiply is useless and does not have the customer in mind.

Momentum multiply is a useless rewards program that does not benefit anyone like it use to, they find every way to make it impossible for customers to reach the different status levels and remove all the points you worked so hard for just because its a new financial year. then you query it and they talk around in circles basically saying you a **** and that points weren't deleted. No wonder people cheat the system, the honest ones get *****ed and lose out on everything.

On the 3rd April 2019 I had 497 points, 3 points away from reaching gold status (i check my points every day to make sure my fitness points are added so I know how many I still need), when I checked my points on the 4th April they were all gone and I was back to only having 250 points!!!... I emailed momentum only to be told that no points were removed for 2019 (according to their technical department), so basically i was lying, i further asked why then has the 100 points from my life policy also not been added, and to that they sent a statement and said they had. So not only did they delete 247 points from me but they added the 100 points (for the new financial year) to the bronze status (the level i had already achieved), therefore instead of being at 350 I started again at 250!! So now it means I have to take constant screenshots of my points to be able to prove to momentum that their own systems are lying and deleting points from customers!!!

So on top of losing all my points I had worked hard for, they don't properly add the 100 points and in addition they choose to not read emails correctly, forcing me to repeat myself 4 times before they actually acknowledge what I am trying to say (once I stated if they read emails properly or only choose to read what they want).

The savings on the gym is also ridiculous, it use to be worth while, but for some reason they thing 25% savings is enough. It is cheaper for me to take a 2 year gym membership with virgin directly than go through momentum multiply, how is this help save the customer money??
