Momentum Multiply has empty promises.

Momentum Multiply conveniently keeps my money as loooong as they wish when a purchase did not complete. Reported it 3 times, apparently takes 24 to 48 hours to rectify. After 2 weeks I have spend about 50 minutes on a phone with still my money not refunded. It is unacceptable and is theft, nothing else.
