Momentum multiply falsely advertising

I upgraded to Momentum multiply in July, and I noticed that my membership was not upgraded, after countless emails and phonecalls, 6 weeks later someone calls me back to say that my info was not captured by the lady that upgraded me. Then I speak to someone thrice that actually deals with the app and how to earn points, I find out my phone is not compatible, the lady did not tell me this when I upgraded and started paying. So I cannot earn 1 point per day for safe dayz and 1 point per day for healthy dayz, I would have to buy another device just to earn. My husband and I also spoke to a financial adviser twice, we were not given the 100 points each. I see in Big bold red writing on the website that during Lockdown multiply clients get an additional 3% on top of whatever cashback they earn, I believe we are still in Lockdown. So there's no way to earn points and there's no way to go up the tier to receive more cashback. All just a marketing ploy. According to the CPU, won't this be false advertising to lure in unsuspecting clients? I also doubt I will be getting the R1000 cashback that was on promo for upgrading, I am so fed up now. We considered moving over to Momentum life and short term as well as their Med Aid, if this is their service. I would rather stick to Discovery and Outsurance, at least Customer service is 1000 times better.
