Momentum - multiply False Selling

I recently joined Momentum multiply to get discounts for Virgin active, the sales person advised me of possibly discounts including the one that led me to writing this report right now. He advised to do a HEALTH TEST AT DISCHEM FOR FREE, which i did and waited to get the discount promised which was going to lead to me paying only R80 for gym.<br> after two months of waiting i noticed i am still paying R169 for gm then i contacted Multiply again to day to confirm. A very kind Leanne then advised me that its is NOT HEALTH TEST but FITNESS TEST which is CHARGED R200 and ONLY VALID FOR 6MONTH subject to be RENEWED, only then i will qualify for the discount and pay R80.<br> WHY!!!! Why do we still sell false information to customers just for a sale? We do not grow money from trees, we plan our expenses, no 1 like dept, now to be led to buying a product by being told lies is TOTALLY RIDICULOUS AND UNACCEPTABLE!!! STOP DOING THAT!!! TRAIN YOUR PEOPLE NOT TO LIE!!! If you lie to a person you are making him/her a fool, thus i was made into a full, thank you very much.<br> If you happen to read this, I want my discount granted to me for the remainder of my gym contract!!!<br> <br> Regards,<br> Themba.
