Momentum Multiply debiting my account 9 MONTHS after membership cancelled, all contact without successful result

SECOND HELLO PETER REVIEW AFTER ISSUE WAS NOT RESOLVED FIRST TIME

First review: https://www.hellopeter.com/momentum-health/reviews/cancelled-my-membership-dec-2020-still-taking-my-money-aug-***

Details: Momentum and/or Multiply is still debiting my account 9 months after cancelling my membership.

- December 2020: Momentum cancels my membership without informing me. - June 2021: I am admitted to hospital when I discover that I am no longer a member, as Momentum refuses to cover the costs. I was under the impression my membership was still active, as they were still debiting my account. I have to pay R50 000+ as private patient. - June - August 2021: - Call centre agents (Chris Govender) confirm the debit orders have been cancelled, yet every month there's another debit order. - Multiply (Boitumelo Lodi) claim that the debit orders are from them, then confirm that my membership is cancelled, then later confirm that my membership is active, yet is free. Debit order goes off again. - 6 August: Suresh Moodley responds to my Hello Peter complaint and assures me the debit orders have been cancelled. - 10 August: Suresh Moodley confirms this again in response to an earlier social media inquiry. - 1 September: Another debit order from Momentum and/or Multiply is scheduled on my account. Upon sending a complaint to OHSC, Fourie Bothma responds saying they will "urgently investigate" and get back to me. - 6 September: Fourie Bothma from Momentum denies that any debit order was scheduled on my account. Upon providing proof and explaining that I withdraw funds from the account so that I don't lose the funds, he says they will investigate and get back to me by 7 September. No further contact.

These debit orders are negatively affecting my credit score as it's been 9 MONTHS since my membership was cancelled. The damage to my credit score is not something that Momentum Multiply can rectify. But on top of that they seem incapable of stopping the debit orders on my account.
