Momentum multiply
My problem regarding the Non-smokers declaration is sorted out .however I also advised Thuli Tshabalala<br> the (Escalated Service Specialist) That I require my momentum multiply card as well as the card for the pick and pay points which I activated online to be sent to my home address she advised me that she will send me the cards by 10th of August 2015 till today nothing .
