Momentum Money sucks!

I tried scan to pay with Momentum Money at Dischem various times. It doesn’t work. I reported it various times. Momentum Money says nothing is wrong. I sent a mail asking for help two weeks ago. Nobody contacted me after saying they will phone me in 12 hours. Now that they have me in their trap I am *****ed.
