Momentum makes excuses not to payout

On the 21st December 2021 we completed a maturity instruction form for payout to my father. Alongside it as supporting documents, which included a certified affidavit, proof of residence, proof of banking and a letter from SARS (all certified) We were advised that electronic signatures were accepted, it returned back to us insisting it be printed and hard copy signed and returned. This was then completed with each page initialled. They once again came back to us saying the signature did not match, I explained that my father suffered a stroke, he still cannot write perfectly as he is still in rehabilitation. They insisted it be signed 3 more times exactly the same. I've requested verification be completed with him telephonically and they have refused.

1stly, who's signature matches exactly as what it did years ago? 2ndly certified means that client went in to get this completed (the actual person) 3rdly the elderly still in rehabilitation needs to jump through hoops for a policy owed to him! You are a poor excuse of an organisation
