Momentum lost 5 years of my pension
Called the pension fund division, the call centre person put the phone down twice , after the 3rd attempt I finally got through and to be told my pension I saved for 5 years was not there anymore.
How can you loss my Pension I worked and saved up for so long....... I laid a complaint with the RFA Reference Number: OPFA_CL_3115
I want to know where my money is as i want it to be paid out to me.

I have checked our records and can only find reference to a Risk only scheme which was terminated, therefore would require further information from you.
