Momentum losing its momentum .....

I an extremely irritated by the fact that nobody bothers to reply to their emails on ********** nor do they have the decency to answer their telephone number ********** 550. Their voice mail after hours is also outdated. I have received a mail advising me about my FNB pension fund as an ex employee. After countless phone calls and emails I lost momentum in trying to get a response , hopefully I can get a response here or some kind of indication as to what is happening......
