Momentum Life violates POPI act

Momentum Life violates POPI act (Personal information). I recently picked up that Momentum life is gathering beneficiary information (contact details) from policies and are calling those people and forcing policies onto them without getting any permission to use the beneficiary information. I recently encountered this whereby a consultant from Momentum called me and stated that I'm a beneficiary of a policy from a family member and that family member took out a cancer policy. Just hearing the word cancer put me in a state of shock, thinking that my family member had cancer. While in that shock the consultant from Momentum is explaining a policy which I did not ask for or require and they say that the policy is automatically activated and does not require confirmation from me. I only realized what Momentum is trying to do after the consultant started asking me for my bank details. This method that Momentum is using to get clients is absolutely disgraceful.
