Momentum Life insurance

Momentum wants to give my mothers boyfriend 40% of my mothers pension fund and give my brother and I 10% each, and because he is the guardian of my younger brother 40% asw well for him so all in all he will be receiving 80% of my mothers life savings, he was not married to my mother in anyway never contributed to my mothers life except by having a baby with her and now he apparently deserves that 80% by being a boyfriend and moving in with my mother after she had a baby for only 3 years.
