Momentum life bad service

Please be careful people... Momentum Life do not bother to respond to your emails, even though it is important to both parties. I went to their website, found the email address for "Traditional life " policies,( *** ) and proceeded to send an email ( a week ago ). Clearly the mid year holidays are effecting them !! Absolutely no response as yet...
