Momentum life: bad business

I took a life cover that is linked to my home loan. When I took the policy in 2010, the consultant told me there were no exclusions. Last year I was medically boarded by my employer after a car accident that resulted in severe spine injury at work. I submitted my claim and I was told my claim is denied as spinal injuries are an exclusion to my policy. Now the consultant that assisted me in taking the policy cannot be reached conveniently. I have also left messages for her and she does not respond.
