Momentum **** to me for 5 years

I opened this policy in October 2015 with a five year goal, I made arangements with a financial adviser for R33 144.00 with a goal date of the 26/10/2020 which covers five years.

kindly find attahed statements for your perusal as the goal date and amount has been consistent all these years and I was only surprised with my September 2020 statement which is completely different from all the statement I have received from you and the amount have suddenly changed.

may I get full explanation as to what led to these changes.

Why is my goal date of 26/10/2020 and the goal amount suddenly dont mean anything to Momentum?

I would have withdrawn the funds long time ago If I knew that I will not be getting any interest but the goal amount kept me going and the promise has not been honoured from your side.
