Momentum let me down

Trying to have my R/A paid out, absolute no joy even with a broker. Promises a plenty. Results are zero. Latest excuse is we are waiting for a tax directive. Typical of corporate South Africa....blame Sars. Blame someone else. I needed the funds for my step daughter to go to college. Guess what? She was kicked off the course today due to non payment. Come back next year! This is heart breaking. She is devastated let alone the embarrassment. And Momentum dont care.....I will be cancelling my Momentum Medical Aid and all policies with Momentum tomorrow.
